At the Blueprint Convention, we understand that unexpected events can happen, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible in such circumstances. Below outlines our Cancellation and Refund Policy:
**Event Cancellation:**
In the rare event that the Blueprint Convention is canceled for any reason including unforeseen circumstances, rest assured that full refunds will be processed. All refunds will be issued within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation notice to provide immediate financial relief to our attendees.
**Attendee Cancellation:**
We recognize the need for flexibility; however, we do not issue refunds for attendee cancellations for any reason. This policy helps us ensure the quality and planning of our convention.
**Unable to Attend:**
Should a dancer be unable to attend the convention after registering, we will issue a credit voucher for the total amount paid. This voucher can be utilized for any future Blueprint Convention event, allowing the dancer another opportunity to join our exciting and enriching convention.
