Final Event Details

Registration and check-in open at 8:00 AM, with classes starting right at 8:30 AM.

When you arrive, your wristbands will be ready and waiting for you at the registration desk.

Waivers must be signed for every dancer before the weekend. Studios can find the waiver link in the studio portal under Registration, along with a templated email to send directly to parents. Please take care of this ahead of time so check-in is smooth and quick!

Observer bands are available for $20 at the registration/merch table. Seats are limited!

Parents are there to watch — please help us keep it as quiet as possible on the side so the kids have the best experience. Thank you!

Mini Blues dance with us on Sunday only. Registration starts at 11:00 AM and their first class begins at 11:30 AM.

They start a little later so they can stay for the biggest party of the year with our Intermediate kids!

The Blueprint Party and Scholarships run Sunday from 4:00 to 5:15 PM. Time to celebrate, party, and have some fun!

Rock your Blueprint colors (blue, white, and black). Merch will be available to purchase — come grab your favorite Blueprint swag!

Advanced dancers have a video rehearsal at 4:15 PM on Sunday, then the shoot from 5:15 to 6:15 PM, with Advanced Scholarships right after at 6:15 PM.

Please wear your Blueprint swag and represent our colors.

RAW sessions begin Saturday at 4:30 PM in Room 1 and 5:30 PM in Room 2.

All RAW music must be uploaded by Wednesday, November 4. Upload through the studio portal or our RAW music upload page, or email latoyia@theblueprintalliance.com with the dancer's full name and song name.

Dancers should check in with our staff 15 to 20 minutes before their assigned time — time slots are very tight.

After the weekend, dancers will receive their RAW videos by email.

8:30 AM — Directors' Chat: a relaxed conversation with us as directors about the dance world.

12:45 PM — AI for Your Dance Studio.

Graduated seniors, teachers, and staff can attend the whole weekend experience for $100. Limited tickets are available — registration is on our website.

Mini Blues: Ages 5–7 yrs old. Intermediate: Ages 8–12 yrs old. Advance: Ages 13 and up.

Mini Blues have class on Sunday only. After a day of fun, it's time to change to your Blueprint colors and party  at our  epic Blueprint Party!

Intermediate dancers have class Saturday and Sunday and conclude with their very own Blueprint Dance Party.

Advance dancers have class Saturday and Sunday with their closing event being our professionally shot Blueprint Concept Video Shoot!
